How long will it take to receive my online order?

How can I track my order?

  • You can track your order from your account page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS and email notification that your order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping fees?

  • Alexandria Delivery fees EGP35
  • Cairo Delivery fees EGP55

How can I return an item?

  • We will contact you and clarify the necessary procedures for the return and send you a representative of the shipping company within 48 hours of the request. The amount will be returned via a bank account or any payment method available to the customer. Only the amount of shipping charges will be deducted.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Mother Planet accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Cash on delivery.

What if I received an item with a manufacturing defect?

  • Please do not hesitate to contact one of our customer service team or send us an email at info@motherplanet.net. We will return the product within 14 days, provided that the product is returned in its full condition. No expenses will be deducted if the return is sent back in its original packaging and unused condition.
