How can I return an item?

Returns Policy:

1. Return Period:
   • Customers have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in their original condition, unused, with original packaging and all accessories.
2. Product Condition:
   • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all accessories and original packaging.
3. Return Procedures:
   • Please contact customer service via email or phone to coordinate the return process.
   • You will be provided with a return request number and shipping address details for returning the products.
4. Shipping Costs:
   • The customer bears the shipping costs for returns, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
5. Refund Amount:
   •  In the case of online payment by credit card or debit card, Transfer fees for the return process will be deducted from the refunded amount and the percentage depends on the bank or payment provider used.
   • In the case of purchasing products through installment services, the administrative fees of the installment platform will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Refund Processing:
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of receiving and inspecting the returned products.

Exceptions:

• Customized or made-to-order products, or products damaged due to misuse, cannot be returned.
